The requested change is to extend the surveillance interval for performing an integrated leak rate test as specified in Technical Specification 4.4.3 from 5 years to 10 years.
A detailed justification for this request is provided in the enclosed document. A draft of the affected Technical Specifications page associated with the proposed change is also enclosed.
