Ginna Nuclear Power Plant Environmental Technical S ecifications
Dear Mr. Seal etti:
Enclosed herewith is the information on the Ginna Nuclear Power Plant that you requested during our telephone conversation of June 20, 1979:
Enclosure (1) NPDES Permit No. NY 000 0493 This permit incorporates revised pages reflecting settlement of adjudicatory hearing issues. The stipulation which served as the basis for settlement of these issues is also attached.
Enclosure (2) A 316(a) Demonstration Supplement was submitted to the EPA under cover of the enclosed letter dated April 1, 1977.
EPA has taken no action to date on this submission.
Enclosure (3) Ginna Section 401 Certification The company has complied with all conditions of this certi-fication. With regard to item (3)1, requirements for com-pliance with paragraph 2 have been further defined under condition 10(b) of the Ginna NPDES permit. Together with the enclosed letter dated November 30, 1977 to the DEC and EPA from R. W. Kober, the company submitted the required study and recommended no modification of the existing intake system. No response has been received to date from the agencies.
