Docket No. 50-411; Utilization Facility Export Licenso XR-91 for Romania, Request for trended Expiration Date. Reference (a): XSNM-885, /cendment 01 dated 11/29/78 expiration date 12/1/80.
Dear Mr. Oplinger:
Uc request an anendment #3 to the subject license extending the expiration date from 7/1/79 to 12/1/80. This amendtent is necessary since the reactor has not yet started up and we ray require export of back-up or replacement conponents or parts related thereto when this reactor is put into operation later this year. Reactor fuels are exported under separate license, ref. (a), also with an expiration date of 12/1/80. We request that you issue a timely amendr'ent which will allow the license to expire Deccaber 1, 1980. Very truly yours,
