OF TIME TO RESPOND TO CENTRAL POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY'S 9 g/ '#(+ P SECOND SET OF INTERROGATORIES AND REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS 'D 03 Houston Lighting & Power Company (Houston) respectfully moves for an extension of time from March 14, 1979, until March 20, 1979, to respond to interrogatories contaf.ne.d in " Central Power and Light Company's Second Set of Interrcgatories and Request for Production of Documents addressed to houston Lighting & Power Company" ("Second Set"l, dated February 23, 1979. The Second Set addresses itself in part to Houston's business plans and evaluation of the e'.ectric utility industry in Texas through the year 2000.

Houston needs the additional time to prepare an appropriate response.

Wherefore Houston respectfully requests that the time for respond-

  • ing to Second Set interrogatories / be extended until March 20, 1979.
  • / Responses to the Second Set requests for production of documents are not due until March 30. This motion does not seek to change that date.
