This letter is submitted in accordance with the requirements of PSBR (TS 6.6.2.b.1) to provide a written report of a "Permanent change to the facility organization involving level 1-2 personnel" within 30 days of the change.

Effective September 16, 2019, Dr. Lora Weiss, Senior Vice President for Research, permanently assumed the Level 1 position. Previous Vice President for Research, Dr. Neil Sharkey, retired on September 16, 2019. The contact information for Dr. Weiss is given below.
