Enclosed is an application (XSNM3791), dated January 23, 2018, received by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission,from Idaho National Laboratory. The application requests the export of low-enriched uranium oxide to Norway for use in experimental fuel rods for the Halden Research Reactor at the Institute for Energy Technology.
