  • SURRY POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 KEY MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL UPDATE In a letter dated September 22, 2015*, the NRC notified Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc., Dominion Energy Nuclear Connecticut, Inc., and Virginia Electric and Power Company (collectively, the Licensees) that they would retain their non:..possessing facility security clearances at SECRET - National Security Information leveL This letter also identified Key Management Personnel (KMP) that were granted an access authorization (security clearance). Since September 2015, there have been personnel changes that affect the individuals that were ident_ified as KMP. The purpose of this letter is to designate new KMP.

The KMP for the Licensees will be the Facility Security Officer (FSO) at each site and the corporate office. The current FSOs are identified in the attachment to this letter and have each been granted an access authorization at their facility clearance level.
