Dear Mr. Robertson:

Enclosed is the Final After Action Report/Improvement Plan for the LaSalle County Station Radiological Emergency Preparedness, Full Participation and Relocation, Reentry, and Return Exercise held on August 7, 2018.

There were no Level.I Findings .. There were two Level 2 Findings, one for the State of Illinois and one for LaSalle County, which were both successfully re-demonstrated. There were no Plan Issues for the State of Illinois and there were two for LaSalle County, which remain open.

Based on the results of the exercise, the planning and preparedness for the State of Illinois and affected local jurisdictions provide reasonable assurance that appropriate measures can be taken to protect public health and safety. Therefore, Title 44 CFR Part 350 approval of the offsite radiological emergency response plans and preparedness for the State of Illinois remain in effect.
