NOTICE TO EMPLOYEES CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF NUCLEAR FACILITIES DOCKETS NO. 50-272, 50-311, 50-354, 50-355 We have reviewed your request of April 14, 1977 to post a notice to employees which informs workers that the Regional Offices of the Office of Inspection and Enforcement will accept collect calls for discussion of matters under NRC jurisdiction and which are of concern to them.
It is our intention to comply with your request and provide con-trolled posting of this notice for a period_ of approximately one month in our operating plant at Salem Nuclear Generating Station, No. l Unit, and at our construction sites to permit an evaluation of the impact which may result from crank or nuisance reporting.
The experience gained will be of value in the review and comment cycle of the proposed changes in lOCFR Part 19 (Form NRC-3) and lOCFR Part 21 when they are issued.
