Dear Sirs:

We want to express our sincere appreciation to the U.S. Army Military District of Washington, Joint Forces Honor Guard, for its presentation of the colors during the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRCs) 31st annual Regulatory Information Conference (RIC) on March 12, 2019. The RIC is a significant event for the NRC as well as the nuclear industry, other stakeholders, and countries involved in civilian nuclear power generation around the world. This years conference had approximately 2,300 attendees representing 33 countries.

Please convey our gratitude to the following individuals for supporting the RIC and inspiring our participants:

  • Representing the United States Army: SSG Adam King, SPC Jacob Durden, and SPC Tyler Vrba
  • Representing the United States Marine Corps: LCpl Jack Petty and LCpl William Couch
  • Representing the United States Navy: SN Avery Johnson
  • Representing the United States Coast Guard: SN Alex Ewing
  • Representing the United States Air Force: A1C Jordan Stewart They proudly represented themselves, their branch of the armed services, and the United States. It was a pleasure to have them participate in the opening ceremonies of this years RIC, and we look forward to enjoying the representation again next year.
