Dear Mr. Lindsey:

On June 7, 2006, the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) administered the genericfundamentals examination (GFE) section of the written operator licensing examination toemployees of your facility. Enclosed with this letter are copies of the examination answer key for forms "A" and "B", the grading results for your facility, and copies of the individual answersheets for each of the individuals taking the examination from your facility. Please forward the results to the individuals along with the copies of their respective answersheets. A "P" in the column labeled TOTAL GRADE indicates that the individual achieved apassing grade of 80 percent or better on the GFE, while an "F" in the TOTAL GRADE columnindicates the individual failed the examination. If you have any questions concerning this examination, please contact Dr. George Usova at(301) 415-1064. In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter wit hout its enclosures will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC's PublicDocument Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of the NRC'sAgencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS).
