HiJghes Direc r, Performance I / '., ,_/ Attachment FPL Letter L-2008-222 Page 1 of 1 Attachment General Comments on Draft Revisions to 10CFR73, Criminal Penalties; Unauthorized Introduction of Weapons Add a definition for the word "willful/willfully" [10 CFR 73.75 Posting; and 10 CFR 73.81 (c)(1 )]. Recommend text: "Willful--An intentional act which may include evidence of subterfuge, masking, or malevolent intent" The text for required posting is identified in 10 CFR 73.75. The requirement states the text must be "readable day and night by both pedestrian and vehicular traffic..." Since the requirement is subjective, recommend specification of the size of the text to be used to ensure compliance.
