FW: Salem/Hope Site Audit Plan/Schedule Nancy, As we just discussed, much (most) of the information can be obtained simply from the tour. Also the tour often generates important questions that may need to be addressed during the interview.

Tour #5 and Interviews

  1. 8 and #9 are both four hours long. If we could simply switch tour 5 with interviews 8/9 it might. decrease the time that will be needed to complete interviews 8/9.Charles From: Bulavinetz, Richard Sent: Wednesday, March 03, 2010 2:48 PM To: Eccleston, Charles; Bacuta, George; Beissel, Dennis; Imboden, Andy; Klementowicz, Stephen; Logan, Dennis; Rikhoff, Jeffrey; Travers, Allison; Pham, Bo

RE: Salem/Hope Site Audit Plan/Schedule Charles: I appreciate the updated schedule.Re: Interview

  1. 8 Interview
  1. 9 Tour # 5 (T-lines, Terrestrial Ecology) 8:00AM -10:00 AM (Terrestrial Ecology) 10:00 AM -noon (T-Lines, Terrestrial ecology) 1:00 PM -4:00 PM Wed Wed Wed I would prefer having Tour # 5 first (in the AM on Wed), followed by Interviews
  1. 8 & #9 (in the PM on Wed). Any questions I may have for the interviews would most likely be generated by what I observe during the tour, unless the interviews

= presentations on the part of the licensee.

Would that work for the reps from NJDEP, DNREC, & FWS you have listed as attending interview

  1. 9? Dennis Logan gave me the impression that there may be few-to-no other federal and state reps present for the terrestrial and aquatics components of the site visit. Thanks, Rich From: Eccleston, Charles Sent: Wednesday, March 03, 2010 2:27 PM To: Bacuta, George; Beissel, Dennis; Bulavinetz, Richard; Imboden, Andy; Klementowicz, Stephen; Logan, Dennis; Rikhoff, Jeffrey; Travers, Allison; Pham, Bo; Eccleston, Charles

Salem/Hope Site Audit Plan/Schedule I DT, Here is the final version of the Salem/Hope site audit/plan.

Note: as a result of a few conflicts and to ensure that the applicant has sufficiently knowledgable staff to support this schedule, the applicant has made some changes to the previous plan/schedule (combined a couple of similar interviews/tours etc.). Let me no ASAP if there are any problems with this plan or schedole.e4ats H. Eestqo, Charles H.
