  • Reduce the number of inspection team members. Revised Team composition: 1 Team Lead and 2 team members.

Recommendations for the evaluation of indeterminate exercise outcomes

  • Implementing and refining operational control measures to eliminate indeterminate outcomes

-Expanded evaluations (resurrecting and or resetting players)

-Considerations associated with total inspection effort

  • Assign an exercise outcome for licensee

-conducted exercises as additional data point in case an indeterminate outcome occurs

-In the case of 2 indeterminate outcomes staff will conduct additional FOF and short cycle licensee FOF inspection (reset triennial date) 5 Questions
