The Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards has received your (2) letters dated December 7, 2018, transmitting the Utah Proposed Regulations to RATS ID 2015
-5 and other provisions not associated with a RATS ID; and Final Regulations to RATS IDs 2015
-2 and 2015-4. The review has not been assigned yet, we will inform you once it has.
It is our goal to complete the review within 60 days.
