Kirksey City of Austin Attachment NOC-AE-07002121 Page 1 of 2 STP NUCLEAR OPERATING COMPANY SEMI-ANNUAL FITNESS FOR DUTY PROGRAM PERFORMANCE REPORT July 1, 2006 through December 31, 2006 During the second performance period of 2006, the STPNOC FFD Program conducted a total of 2067 FFD screening tests that resulted in 29 positive test results. Twenty eight positives were comprised of short-term contractors.

One positive was a licensee employee.
