In the Matter of the)Tennessee Valley Authority)Docket Nos.50-259 50-260 50-296 BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT-TVA BFNP TS 201 SUPPLEMENT 3 In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Parts 50.59 and 50.90, we are enclosing 40 copies of a requested amendment to licenses DPR-33, DPR-52, and DPR-68 to change the Technical Specifications of Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant units 1, 2, and 3 (enclosure 1).The enclosed specifications are a revision to those submitted by L.M.Mills's letter to H.R.Denton dated September 27, 1984 (TVA BFNP TS 201), and J.A.Domer's letter to you dated January 17, 1986 (TVA BFNP TS 201, Supplement 1), and my letter to you dated June 2, 1986 (TVA BFNP TS 201, Supplement 2)regarding the TVA organization.

These specifications are, therefore, submitted as a further supplement to TS 201.The enclosed pages are to replace the identically numbered pages in TS 201, Supplements 1 and 2.Additional description and justification are provided in enclosure 2.The enclosed-technical specifications are minor revisions to address NRC staff comments regarding TS 201, Supplements 1 and 2.The determination of no significant hazards consideration previously provided also applies to the enclosed specifications.
