RESPONSE TO NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 70-143/2010-003 AND NOTICE OF VIOLATION
Dear Mr. Amerine:
Thank you for your response of December 3, 2010, to the Notice of Violation, issued on November 4, 2010, concerning the inspection conducted at your Erwin, TN facility. We acknowledge receipt of your reply to NRC Inspection Report No. 70-143/2010-003.
We have evaluated your response to the violation that was identified during the inspection and found that the response meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection. No acknowledgment of this letter is required.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the NRC's document system (ADAMS), accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
