communicated with you re: staff comments on the revision 6 during your previous drop-in (12/10/12), we subsequently briefed and got an alignment with our division management on the path forward for this document. I want to get your thought on the proposed one day (9:00a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) public working meeting session to go over specific staff comments later this month.

Our next step is to achieving a resolution for the revision 6 before initiating the regulatory guide development process. Please let me know at your earliest opportunity the date and who will be participating in this meeting.

Attached is our redline/strikeout comments on the revision 6. It is intended to help you facilitate your proposed meeting date with the staff to resolve our comments. These red redline/strikeout comments will be included as part of the public meeting notice once when we finalized the meeting date with you.
