Sealed Sources on License Discussion:
I discussed with the prospective RSO the sealed source models on the license. Since I was reformatting the license to the new format, I looked in the SSD database for the sealed sources listed on amendment 12 of their license. I could only find one of the sealed sources listed (XFB
-5). The RSO stated that their source is a XFB
-5 and they would only replace their source with that model source and I could remove the PHI
-109-10 source model off of their license.
Action Required:
