Operations Summary: (a) Changes in facility design There were no significant changes in the facility design during 2007.(b) Performance characteristics The reactor was operated in 2007 only through the end of June, and since that time has been in shut down mode, with the fuel in storage positions in the pool. The operation of all reactor safety system components was normal during 2007. The performance of the fuel was normal.(c) Changes in operating procedures No changes were made to operating procedures in 2007, however a Possession Only License application was filed on 8-14-07, and responses to NRC questions to this application were filed on 11-20-07.(d) Abnormal results of surveillance tests and inspections There were no unusual findings from the performance of surveillance tests or inspections.(e) Personnel changes in Reactor Facility Director, Health Physicist, or Radiation, Health, and Safegards Committee members Michael Curley was appointed Reactor Facility Director, as of July 1, 2007.II. 3355.0 Total Reactor: 10769.0 Il. Unscheduled Shutdowns There were no unscheduled shutdowns in 2007.IV. Maintenance Routine maintenance of the water demineralizer was performed in 2007, such as filter changes and matrix regeneration.

V. Changes, Tests, and Experiments Pursuant to 10CFR 50.59 There were no new tests or experiments requiring evaluation pursuant to 1 OCFR 50.59.VI. Radioactive Effluents Release Liquid effluent releases were near background, and well within 1 OCFR20 release limits. Until the end of June, gaseous Ar-41 was released in trace amounts that has conservatively been calculated to be well within 1 OCFR20 release limits. We verified level 1 compliance using the EPA COMPLY Code.End
