Dear Mr. Stall:
This letter confirms the conversation between Mr. Tim Hoeg, of this office, and members of your staff, concerning a Category 1 meeting which has been scheduled for April 1, 2008, at 1:00 p.m. A meeting notice, which provides additional details, is enclosed. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the NRC Reactor Oversight Process Annual Assessment of your Saint Lucie Nuclear Station. In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's Agencywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS). This is a newly scheduled meeting.
