Radioactive Material Quantities of Concern Category 1 Shipment Notification This letter provides notification of a planned shipment of radioactive material consistent with theprovisions of 10 CFR 37.77, NRC Orders EA-05006 and EA-05-007, Additional SecurityMeasures on the Transportation of Radioactive Materials Quantities of Concern.
The specificdata required to be reported by 10 CFR 37.77 and the Orders is provided in the attachment to thisletter.Concurrent notification is also being made to the affected state governments.
All recipients ofthis letter with its attachment shall protect the information herein as security sensitive.
ZionSolutions, LLC also confirms that our programs are in compliance with 10 CFR 37.77, NRCOrders EA-05-006 and EA-05-007 at the time of shipment.
