Millstone Draft EIS
Dear Mr. Emnch:
On January 24, 2005, the Connecticut Coalition Against Millstone requested responses to certain requests for information regarding the draft Environmental Impact Statement you prepared. The information is required to enable the Coalition to provide meaningful comment to the NRC regarding the draft EIS in time to meet the NRC-imnposed deadline of March 2, 2005.
To date, you have failed and neglected to provide any substantive response to our January 24, 2005 request.
On February 10, 2005, the Coalition submitted a second set of requests for additional information concerning the draft EIS. This information isvital to the Coalition's effort to present meaningful comment inthe draft EIS by March 2, 2005. To date, you have failed to respond to this request.
Please provide the requested information without further delay.
