" Damage to Pressurizer Heaters During Hot Functional Testing" Third Interim Report
REFERENCE:
LP&L letter W3I83-0234 dated July 13, 1983
Dear Mr. Collins:
The above referenced letter indicated that a Final Report would be submitted to the USNRC by September 15, 1983.
At the present time, all thirty (30) of the pressurizer heaters have been replaced. Welding and Non-Destructive Testing (NDE) associated with the corrective action was performed in accordance with Section XI of the ASME Code. Closure of this SCD is pending ths review of the supporting documentation.
A Final Report will, therefore, be submitted to the USNRC on October 14, 1983.
