Dear Mr. Goller:
In accordance with Mr. Skovholt's letter of October 1,1973, con-cerning periodic inspection of hydraulic shock absorbers (snubbers), an inspection of all snubbers outside of containment was completed on May 11,1976.
All snubbers were considered operable at this inspection. No fluid additions were necessary. <
