On September 6,1985 we verbally notified your Mr. C. Gould of a deficiency regarding the project program for identifying non-seismic to seismic interactions that did not require the evaluation of large equipment masses in two-inch and less piping. e We have completed our investigation and concluded that the matter is not reportable under 10CFR50.55(e). Records supporting this determination are available for your inspector's review at the CPSES site.
