COMANCHE PEAK STEAM ELECTRIC STATION DOCKET NOS. 50-445 AND 50-446 PRESSURE INSTRUMENT INSTALLATION SDAR: CP-86-19 (INTERIM REPORT)
Dear Mr. Johnson:
On March 21, 1986, we verbally notified your Mr. R. Hall of a deficiency involving the installation of steam service pressure transmitters which may be above the root valve without steam traps or wet legs. This is an laterim report of a potentially reportable item under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e).
We are continuing our evaluation and anticipate submitting our next report by May 23, 1986.
