( NUTECH letter, dated May 2,1986, states that NUTECH has decentralized its
! quality assurance organization and that the position of Corporate Quality Assurance Manager has been eliminated. The elimination of the position of Corporate Quality Assurance Manager appears to be a reduction of previously accepted commitmentsl. Section 1.2.2 of the NUTECH Quality Assurance Manual describes the respoqsibilities of the Corporate Quality Assurance Manager.
