This is in response to your letter dated January 5,1988, in which you appealed Mr. Donnie H. Grimsley's response dated Noverber 23, 1987.

Mr. Grimsley's response denied six doct; rents subject to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for docurents regarding the Safety Evaluation Report related to the operation of the Diablo Canyon nuclear power plant, Units 1 and 2, NUREG-0675, Supplement No. 21. I Acting on your appeal, I have carefully reviewed the record in this case and have detemined that some addittoral information can now be made publicly available. Your appeal is, therefore, partially granted and partially denied.
