TVA Tag Nos. LT-3-43, -So, -98. -111 (W Noe. LT-501, -502, -503, -504) Condition Prior to_ O_ccurrence: Unit in Mode 5 with all fuel loaded. Actica specified in the Technical Specification Surveillance Requirements met dec to inoperab1_c_ equipment. N/A J Apparent Cause of Occurrence: Per FSAR Table 3.11-2 the temperats c could reach 327 F, the instruments are qualified up to ISO ; operation. Analysis of Occurreni.e: Should the post-secident environment of the No. 4 accumulator room reach or exceed 180*F, the instruments possibly would not be capable of performing their intended post-accident functions. , There was no hazard to public health and safety. Corrective Action: The subject transmitters have been replaced with transmitters capable of withstanding the accident environment. Failure Data: . None. Y _}}
