./GS23FO110M NRC-T005 M002 The purpose of this modification is to (1) provide incremental funding in the amount of $45,000.00 thereby increasing the total obligations from $139,400.00 to $184,400.00, (2) extend the period of performance from December 31, 2010 to December 31, 2011 and (3) revise the price/cost schedule to incorporate year 3 billing rates. Accordingly the contract is modified as follows:
- 1) Refer to "CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATIONS - COST REIMBURSEMENT (JUN 1988)" paragraph (b) first sentence is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
"(b) The amount obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $184,400.00."
- 2) Refer to "DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD (MAR 1987)" is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
"This contract shall commence on March 1, 2010 and will expire December 31, 2011."
- 3) Refer to "PRICE/COST SCHEDULE" CLIN's 001, 002, 003, 004 and 005 are revised to add Year 3 billing rates.
