Date: March 12, 2009 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Location: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)
Executive Boulevard Building, Room 1B11 6003 Executive Blvd.
Rockville, Maryland 20852 Purpose: This pre-application meeting is being held at the request of DOE-ID to discuss the planned application to renew Materials License No. SNM-2504 for the Fort Saint Vrain independent spent fuel storage installation.
Participants: NRC/NMSS/SFST DOE-ID Shana Helton, et al. Jan Hagers, et. al.
Meeting Category: This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned. The NRCs Policy Statement, Enhancing Public Participation on NRC Meetings, effective May 28, 2002, applies to this meeting.
