Reference to: DOCKET N.50-250-31-SP (Proposed Amendments to Facility Operating Lic.to Permit Steam Generator Repairs).Reguarding the Steam Generator Repairs to Turkey PointI'f 3*t4 HEARING, i wrote you on AUG.20, 1979 requesting to be a speaker at the HEARiNG on the matter.i.have attended all the ATOMIC SAFETY 6 LICENSiNG BOARD Hearings to date&I am again writing you to request to be a speaker at the coming REPAIR HEARiNGS which are supposed to take place in June 1981.have a background in multi sciences/engineering
