By listing both companies in boxes 8 and 9 it allows you to export to either of the locations.
If you only listed one on 8 and the other company on 9 then that is what you would be allowed to do, by the terms of the approved export license.
Not knowing your business or telling you what to do, I think having both companies listed allows you the flexibility to ship to either site.

License No. XCOM1312 and Docket No. 11006270 Good Morning Gary, As per your recommendation, we have actively been working with Harbin Electric in China in an effort to gain support from the Chinese government to support this license request.
We are approaching a formal commitment of support from Beijing that will hopefully benefit the approval process within the US Government.
A question was recently posed regarding the 'supply chain' for the parts referenced in the license. In Box 8 and Box 9 of our application, we listed both our sister company (Morgan AM&T Shanghai) and their Morgan's customer (Harbin Electric Power Equipment Co. Ltd).
Our interpretation is that the listing of both companies would enable our Pennsylvania site to ship to either our sister company or the actual pump builder (Harbin Electric Power Equipment Co. Ltd).
Can you please confirm that our interpretation is valid?
