Penn State Breazeale Reactor (PSBR) Director Change
- Steve, This e-mail is to provide you information regarding the Penn State Radiation Science and
Engineering Center (RSEC) Director. Effective June 30, 2008 I am
retiring as Director. Effective
July 1, 2008 Dr.
Kenan Unlu has bee appointed as the Director.
This e-mail serves as the notification to the NRC. Please acknowledge receipt.Dr. Unlu has been the Associate Director for Research here at the RSEC (PSBR). Prior to that
he was the Director of the Cornell reactor. Dr. Unlu fully meets the
Technical Specification (TS)
requirements for this position and no changes to TSs are needed.
Dr. Unlu mailing address and telephone will be the same as mine has been.If there are any questions please contact me.
