License Amendment Request Approval Date On January 11, 2013, DTE Electric submitted a License Amendment Request for Adoption of Technical Specifications Task Force (TSTF) Traveler TSTF-423, Revision 1, "T echnical Specifications End States, NEDC-32988-A," Using the Consolidated Line Item Improvement Process (ML13014A125, TAC No. MF0498). The submittal cover letter requested NRC approval of the License Amendment Request by July 11, 2013 and a 60-day implementation time.
Based on our discussion today, it is acceptable to revise the NRC approval date to November 15, 2013, with a 60-day implementation time. Should questions arise, please let me know.
