Dear Mr. Denton:
The referenced letter informed the NRC about changes to the Kansas Gas and Electric management organization. The KG&E organization was further revised on November 26, 1982 as shown in the attached announcement.
KG&E's nuclear activities responsibilities ware not affected by this further revision. The Wolf Creek FSAR will be revised in the next i
revision to reflect these changes.
