Dear Sir:
This letter describes the actions the Authority has taken to implement the revised working hour guidelines enclosed with feneric Letter No. 82-12 (Reference 1) for the FitzPatrick Plant.
FitzPatrick Plant Standing Order No. 26 " Overtime Policy,"
was revised to incorporate these guidelines on plant staff working hours including a specific reference to Generic Letter No. 82-12.
This revision was reviewed by the Plant Operations Review Committee (PORC) on August 4, 1982 and subsequently approved and implemented by the Resident Manager on the next day.
This letter is submitted in response to a verbal request from the NRC Project Manager for the FitzPatrick Plant.
