PRELIMINARY CALCULATIONS-ULTIMATE STRENGTH FOR HYDROGEN EXPL0SION, SEQUOYAH CONTAINMENT VESSEL. SUPPLEMENT

Dear Dr. Schauer:

Enclosed please find a supplement to my report of July 18, 1980 on the subject preliminary calculations The primary motivation for the supplement is to define a lower bound ultimate venting pressure as 31 psi.

(The original report defined a best esti-mate ultimate venting pressure of 51 psi.)

If you have any questions, please contact me.
