This letter is to inform you that effective December 12, 2005, Ms. Mindy S. Landau has been temporarily assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions Branch Chief for the Clinton Power Station, Unit 1. Ms. Landau will assume all Clinton Power Station, Unit 1 licensing oversight and supervisory duties previously held by Mr. Gene Y. Suh.
