RESPONSE TO NRC INSPECTION REPORT 70-925/01-01 AND NOTICE OF VIOLATION

Thank you for your letter of December 19, 2001, in response to the violation identified in our inspection report dated November 26, 2001. We have reviewed your reply and find it responsive to the concerns raised in our inspection report. We will review the implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.
