Re: Update oný Today's Davis Besse Status Hearing Jack, The Judge wants to know what the NRC is going to do with the Exponent report. Scott advised me that we need to have a meeting of the minds on the approach, so he can convey the information to DOJ.

A status hearing was held regarding the criminal trials today. The Judge postponed both trials. The Siemaszko trial is expected to start in early September. The Geisen/Cook trial is expected to start in early October.
