Attachment NOC-AE-08002269 Page 1 of 2 STPR NUCLEAR OPERATING COMPANY SEMI-ANNUAL FITNESS FOR DUTY PROGRAM PERFORMANCE REPORT July 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007 During the second performance period of 2007, the STPNOC FFD Program conducted a total of 616 FFD screening tests that resulted in 7 positive test results. All seven positives were comprised of short-term contractors. STPNOC conducted 440 random tests resulting in a random testing rate of 57% of the average annual population with an annual random testing rate of 51 %.*

STPNOC did not have any 100FR26.73 reportable events during the performance

ýperio~d.

STPNOC did submit a report to the NRC per 100CFR26, Appendix A, section 2.8 e (4),

concerning the HHS certified laboratory reporting a false negative on a blind performance test sample containing amphetamine/methamphetamine. The error was determined to be an inadvertent oversight by the certifying scientist. The lab has taken corrective actions.
