Question Regarding Renewal of Export License XSNM-3066 Jane, in follow up to our conversation Monday morning regarding whether Instituto Nacional De Investigaciones Nucleares (ININ), Carretera Mexico-Toluca, KM 36.5, Salazar Edo De Mexico should be listed on page 1, field 8 as a (Fuel Fabricator) and on Page 3 as (Reload fuel for Laguna Verde, Units 1 and 2), it has been determined that ININ no longer needs to be listed on the Export License at all. This is the information that was provided to me: "Many years ago, GNF gave permission to The Instituto Nacional De Investigaciones ININ to fabricate 8 fuel bundles in Mexico. That's why they are listed as Fuel Fabricator.

During the Obama administration (about 4 years ago), the Government ordered to recover the bundles and brought back to the USA due the No Nuclear Proliferation policy. Therefore there is no need to keep them named on the license". I did confirm that the next shipment to Laguna Verde will be Mid-November.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Have a good day. Debbie Brinson Executive Administrative Specialist Uranium Management Services Global Nuclear Fuel - Americas T +1 910 819 5652 E debra.brinson@ge.com 3901 Castle Hayne Road, M/C G58 l Wilmington, NC 28402
