Enclosed are 27 documents that comprise Section 4.3 and 4.4 of the revised application with our comments.
A majority of the comments can be resolved by accepting our proposed edits or adding some additional sentence(s).
A few of the sections will require some explanation to ensure that by adopting NRC guidance by reference, the Vermont procedures become"supplemental" information and that application makes that clear. Once you had an opportunity to review our comments, we can discuss the best approach to resolve them. As previously noted, this could be accomplished by conference call, webinar or in person.
