The two-unit plant is operated by Exelon Generation Co., and is located in Morris, Ill., approximately 25 miles southwest of Joliet. The open house is scheduled for 6-7:30 p.m. at the Grundy County Administration Building, Grundy County Board Room, 1320 Union St., in Morris. Attendees will have an opportunity to hold one-on-oversight of the facility. previous year, we take a look at any our inspection plans for that specific facility, issue inspection reports, and hold public meetings near the plant in order to discuss our oversight and answer q The NRC review concluded that the Dresden facility operated safely in 2012.
