Notification of Resignation of Maine Yankee Officer On March 2, 2012 (Reference 1), the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued a favorable Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) determination for Maine Yankee Atomic Power Company (Maine Yankee). In accordance with 10 CFR 95.17(a)(1), Maine Yankee is notifying the NRC that Mr. James Connell retired from his position as the Site Vice President and ISFSIManager-at Maine Yankee effective February 15, 2014. As the Site Vice President, Mr. Connell was an officer of Maine Yankee. This position of Site Vice President will not be filled at the current time.In addition, Mr. Connell served as the Facility Security Officer to ensure that Maine Yankee complies with the requirements of 10 CFR 95 and its Standard Practice Procedures Plan in order to maintain its 10 CFR 95 Facility Clearance.
