Thislettersummarizes theresultsofthisevaluation.

Toprovideinstrument airtothesamplevalvesduringsafetyinjection, thePhaseAcontainment isolation signalwouldhavetoberesettopermitopeningthefour(4)containment isolation valvesthatsupplyinstrument airtothesamplevalves.Theevaluation determined thatresetting thecontainment isolation signalwouldnotaffectthestatusofanycontainment isolation valves,safetyinjection, orsafetyrelatedequipment.
