When and ifthe amount(s) paid and payable to the DOELaboratory hereunder shall equal the obligatedamount, the DOE Laboratory shall not be obligatedto continue performance of the work unless anduntil the NRC Contracting Officer shall increasethe amount obligated with respect to this DOEAgreement.
